These terms apply to services provided by Arctic Shine Services ("we", "us") in the Greater Montreal Area. By booking a service, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

We provide free, no-obligation quotes, usually in person. A quote is based on what we see at the property; if the scope of work changes, we'll confirm any change in price with you before doing the extra work.

Scheduling and access

We'll agree on a service date with you. You don't need to be home for exterior work, but we need safe access to the areas being cleaned. Weather can force us to reschedule; we'll contact you as early as we can.

Satisfaction and rain guarantee

If something isn't right after a visit, contact us and we'll come back to fix it. If rain affects a window cleaning within 48 hours, we'll return to touch it up.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Property and liability

We're fully insured. Please tell us about fragile items, loose fixtures, damaged screens or existing damage before we start. We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage or for failures caused by the age or condition of windows, gutters or surfaces.
